Some of our key offerings in India, are the Schaeffler Trainee Engineer Program (STEP), The Young Leaders Program (YLP), and The Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP), the Line Operations Program (LOP, aimed at excellence in Manufacturing), the First Time manager program (FTM). A synergy between these platforms help us ensure a healthy exchange of expertise and build a network of ‘learners’. This has earned us the prestigious Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Training, 2016.

Accelerated Leadership Program

A sustainable mechanism to build a robust Talent Pipeline

The Accelerated Leadership Program is a high-impact learning platforms for emerging Functional Heads. The target audience are necessarily Hi-Potential employees who are preparing to take up visible leadership roles in the future.

This program is also looked upon as a replacement of the earlier version of learning platforms (The APAC level Management Pool Program). As the Business context changed, the need to re-vamp the program was felt and agreed upon by the L&D.
