Two independently operated clutches. The PTO clutch that is located on the flywheel side is engaged via the lever mechanism with a pressure bearing.
The drive clutch is released with the foot pedal in the same way as with the standard double clutch. The diaphragm spring is only required for the drive clutch.
“Safety PTO” (= safety clutch): so-called because the clutch opens at once in the event of a failure in the engagement mechanism and the power take off shaft comes to a standstill. In addition, the clutch is always open when it is not pressed (this is important when starting the engine).
