The throttle valve ensures the correct airflow rate in all load areas, controls idling and cold-start characteristics, as well as safety systems such as ABS, ASR, and ESP. INA throttle valve bearings ensure that the throttle valve works accurately and at low-friction, thereby enabling air quantities to be measured precisely. INA throttle valve bearings are drawn cup needle roller bearings with open ends that are, in particular radially, compact, lubricated, sealed on both sides, and air-tight. Their technical properties mean that they are much superior to ball bearings and spherical plain bearings, and, as a result, also particularly cost-effective.
