Empowering the Future with Skills

India is a young country and its future rides on their shoulders. Yet many of these young lives have been impaired with either disabilities or lack of opportunities. Schaeffler India seeks to empower these youth with access to technical skills and experiences necessary to be a productive citizen and part of the workforce of tomorrow.

Enhanced Skills for Employability

People living with disabilities encounter many disadvantages in society and are often subjected to stigma and discrimination.

Under this initiative we aim to empower the differently-enabled youth of our society by promoting their livelihood and helping them to rise to their potentials.

The project has been developed focusing on establishing demonstrative models for enhanced employability through development of skills and on the job training for formal and informal workplaces. Our primary focus is to enhance their technical/domain skill, soft skills and information management skills.
