Alok Dave
Vice President (Purchasing)
Mr. Alok Dave joined Schaeffler India in 2011 as Vice President in Purchasing at Schaeffler India. In this role, he is responsible for entire Purchasing and Supplier management function in India for Automotive and Industrial businesses.
Mr. Dave is a Mechanical Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and holds Executive Management Degree from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, India.
Mr. Dave has rich experience over 30 years of working. He began his career as Graduate Engineer Trainee with Hindustan Motors and later joined L&T John Deere Ltd, Cummins and Lear Corporation where he worked in areas of Purchasing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing. He also worked at Cummins Turbo Technology, UK as Purchasing Head for region Asia Pacific.
Mr. Dave held Senior Management and Leadership positions at Hindustan Motors, L&T John Deere, Cummins and Lear Corporation in a career spanning of 2 decades prior to joining Schaeffler India.
Mr. Dave resides in Pune with his Family and enjoys reading and playing chess.
